Terms and Conditions - Retail Fest 2025

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” govern the Fone Dynamics Retail Fest Event Promotion (the “Trade Promotion”).

Promoter

  1. Fone Dynamics (ABN 68 166 195 946), Level 2 / Suite 1, 67 Astor Tce, Spring Hill, QLD, 4000 (we, us or our).

Conditions of Entry

  1. Entry into the Trade Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on our website. It is the entrant’s responsibility to review and check these Terms and Conditions for updates.
  3. You are required to be an Australian resident aged 18 or older to enter into the Trade Promotion.
  4. Participants must be registered players on the day of the Trade Promotion.

Trade Promotion Period

  1. The Trade Promotion will commence at 5:30pm on 28th May 2025 and will close at 5:30pm on 30th May 2025 (the Period).
  2. The winner will be drawn on 2nd June 2025.

How to Enter

  1. To have a chance to win the Trade Promotion, participants must participate in the ‘try our SMS integration’ offer by populating and submitting the entry form via the QR code provided at the Fone Dynamics exhibition booth.

Prize Details

  1. $250 AUD gift card to be provided for the general entry.
  2. The gift card may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to the gift card itself.

Drawing and Claiming of Prizes

  1. The winner of the Trade Promotion will be randomly drawn following the conclusion of the event, on 2nd June 2025.
  2. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email by 2nd June 2025.
  3. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the notification email or phone call within 14 days of receipt.
  4. The prize cannot be changed, exchanged, refunded or transferred. If the prize, or part of the prize is unavailable at the time of the draw, we reserve the right to substitute the prize (in whole or in part) for a value equal to the original prize, at our sole discretion.

General Terms

  1. We may disqualify entries that include material that contravenes any law, that is or that intends to be offensive, rude, harassing, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent, obscene or inappropriate.
  2. We exclude all liability for any personal injuries, actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses, whether direct, indirect or consequential arising from any participation in the Trade Promotion.

Privacy

  1. The information provided by participants will be used by us in connection with the Trade Promotion and may be disclosed to representatives or agents acting on behalf, or in conjunction with us to decide the winner/s, or to send the prize to the winner/s, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
